Tyrai Bronson (pronounced: tie-ray)

I am a passionate, energetic leader, facilitator, and trainer. Born and raised in Minneapolis, also spending time in Omaha, Nebraska for college, I am committed to making life better for myself, my family, and my community.

Prior to founding LEEP Consulting, I served as the Vice President of Capacity Building for a national strategy firm and the Diversity & Inclusion Manager for a non-profit in the Twin Cities. Earlier in my career I had the privilege of building and practicing curriculum development skills while working in elementary school classrooms.  

I have a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and have earned an Equity & Diversity certificate from the University of Minnesota. In 2016, I was awarded the Catalytic Leader Award by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and became a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Styles Inventory (ICS).
